About Calvary Health Care Tasmania - Communication Access

Communication Access caters for both children and adults living in southern Tasmania. Referrals are accepted from Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, GPs and Medical Specialists. (Disability Services clients can also access Communication Access via their Service Co-ordinator).Communication Access assists people with disabilities to improve communication through the use technology such as voice output communication devices; use of computers by methods other than the standard keyboard and mouse, alternative controls for electrical appliances (TV, stereo, lights).The service is provided to clients through Individual Advisory Sessions, Equipment Loans, Training Sessions and Information provision.
