About Calvary Rehabilitation and Geriatric Service (CRAGS) - Falls Clinic

Assesses, assists and refers older people in the St George area who have had a fall or are concerned about falling. This service is run from the outpatients clinic at CRAGS. Patients are seen at the clinic each Tuesday. Anyone wishing to access this service will need to request their GP to forward a referral to Dr. Salgado c/o CRAGS.When the referral is approved by Dr. Salgado the client will be contacted with an appointment time.
