About Can Assist - Griffith

Range of services to assist cancer patients including Information, Accommodation in Sydney and Wagga Wagga, hospital care and financial assistance with both transportation and accommodation to their place of treatment. The society, along with the Cancer Council, have accommodation at Lilier Lodge for patients receiving treatment whilst in Wagga Wagga at a nominal cost. Can Assist may also offer assistance to cancer patients with the following: Electricity, Telephone, Gas, Mobile phone Accounts, Breast Prosthesis assistance, Wigs, food, Incontinent supplies, Palliative Care assistance and Chemist accounts. Meetings are held 1st Wed of month at the Ex Servicemans Club Griffith at 7pm
