The Multicultural Cancer Information Service offers free information and advice in Cantonese, Mandarin, Arabic, Greek and Italian. This service provides confidential telephone information and support. Specialist bilingual staff can answer questions about any aspect of cancer, including: nHow to prevent cancer or find it early; nHow to cope with treatment and its side effects; Send you written information; Put you in touch with services in your own area; Offer emotional support if you or someone you care about has cancer. Run living with cancer programs for cancer patients and their famlies, cofacilitate support groups in the above mentioned languages.
