The Cancer Council Helpline is staffed by trained professionals who have knowledge about cancer and cancer care. They are there to help you with information, support and referrals to services throughout the state. This organisation has a patient and community coordinator who deals with all patients and families affected by cancer. Loan equipment is available, as is patient support and financial assistance. They have an information and resource centre. Can also offer short term counselling session or refer on.
