About Cancer Council Western Australia, The

The Council is the peak cancer organisation in Western Australia, and is the WA State member of The Cancer Council Australia and the International Union Against Cancer. The Cancer Council aims to minimise the effect of cancer on the community through research and education and by providing people affected by cancer with support to enhance their quality of life. The Cancer Council provides a wide variety of services and programs for people living with cancer, schools, workplaces and community groups. The Cancer Council's Cancer Helpline is an up-to-date source of information and support. Phone 13 11 20 from anywhere in the State for the cost of a local call.
