About Cannon Hill Family Support Centre

The Cannon Hill Family Support Centre offers assistance, counselling and educational programs to individuals, couples and families, to help overcome or prevent family dysfunction, conflicts or crises. Family and education courses are held every Friday 10 am-12 noon (child care available). Contribution required for counselling and courses. A counsellor attends the Centre 3 times a week (bookings recommended). Emergency relief (financial assistance, food vouchers etc.) may be available to residents in surrounding suburbs, depending on funding - appointment is required. A sewing group for beginner Mums is held Monday 10 am-12 noon (child care available). Therapeutic groups are also offered but usually via counselling service.
