Rehabilitation service for patients who have had a heart attack or cardiac surgery. There are 5 options : Option 1 - attend once for education; Option 2 -attend twice weekly 2 hrs x 6 weeks; Option 3 - Home Visit/ housebound only; Option 4 - Heart Failure patients; Option 5 - Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander program. nThere is also a cardiac rehabilitation service that operates out of the Health Services Building at WYONG Hospital.
