The Dementia respite program provides a flexible respite service for carers of people with Dementia. The Program provides one-off coordination of brokered services to support carers & maintain caring relationships for people with Dementia. Carers of people with challenging behaviours will be given priority.nDementia Respite offers coordination of respite support & is not a case management program.nServices include: An 8hr overnight respite, home based respite, community-based respite (including in-hospital respite), information & practical help, support for carers & families.
