CARE for Families

About CARE for Families

CARE for families is for people who have been diagnosed with serious mental illness and their families and carers. A case manager will work closely with the family as a whole to provide information and improve communication. The program also ensures that other services working with the family, support common goals. Families from all cultural backgrounds are invited.
