This is a private nursing and homecare agency with three distinct divsions. They provide professional nursing services, speciality services and home support services such as domestic assistance, personal care, social support, respite, home maintenance, and transport etc. For most Carealot clients, the process begins with an in home needs assessment and the discussion also includes the attending doctors, particularly if a client has special needs or has been discharged from hospital. In addition staff at Carealot speak the following languages Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, German and Cantonese.
