About Carers Program SSWAHS

The carers program aims to improve the experience and service delivery to Carers in the hospital setting. The Carer Support service provides education to SSWA hospital based staff about Carer issues and community support services. Collaboration with local services is undertaken to provide to best platform for information sharing. Carer education provided in partnership with community agencies.
