Offers a wide range of services for families and children that include:supported playgroups, transition to school programs, early childhood intervention services for children with disabilities, community outreach programs and the toy, parent and educator resource libraries. The static and mobile libraries provide access to a variety of toys that are educational, good quality, fun and especially appropriate for the childs age and needs.
