An aged care (ACAT) assessment is required to determine eligibility.nFlexible packages of care to support frail aged people to remain in their own homes. nServices can include personal care, respite, social support, meal preparation. Packages are available for: people in public housing or eligible for public housing and are financially disadvantaged, People from a Culturally And Linguistically Diverse background.nStaff are on call 24 hrs.nSome personal response systems are available for loan if necessary to clients. Equipment such as Vital Call is available .nBi-lingual and multi-lingual staff are available.nLawn mowing for people with a disability who may have aging carer. See flyer.
