About Centacare Disability Day Service: Hornsby, Ku-Ring-Gai, Ryde, Hunters Hill

A day service providing support to access local community activities. The service is designed for adults with low, moderate or high support needs to access recreation, training, skill development, or pre-employment options. Priority will be given to adults who have a long term disability, are being cared for by an ageing carer and who are not eligible for ATLAS or PSO packages.
