About Centacare Family Services - Disability Carers Family Relationship Service

Disability Carers Family Relationship Service aims to assist the carers of severely disabled family members to work through issues of crisis and stress related to the provision of care for this family member. Such crisis may be related specifically to succession planning for the disabled person's future care in which case they will mediate outcomes for the family. They can also provide a short term intervention for other care related crisis and assist with advocacy and respite links and referrals.
