About Centacare Family Support Program - Cabramatta West

Family support services for families who need support in issues relating to parenting skills, coping strategies, family member isolated in the community, child/children being, or at risk of, abuse or neglect, family member experienceing, or at risk of experiencing, family violence. Generic Family Support provides family workers who make regular home visits, and will devlop a case plan around the needs of the family. Support is usually provided for 3-6 months. Families First program is for parents experiencing the birth of a new baby and up to the age of 8yrs. Provides support and education and aims to equip parents with necessary skills to provide safe, nurturing and stable home for their baby. Home visiting and group work components. Also provides Specialist Family Support (see separate listing).
