About Centacare Neighbour Aid

Home visiting and support program that aims to enhance people's lives by providing them with social support to help them continue to live independent lives in the community. Volunteers are trained and linked to clients based upon mutual interest, and visit clients in their homes once a week/ fortnight for companionship.
