For transport to attend doctors, specialists, optometrists, allied health-podiatry, O.T., physio, dietetics, speech pathology, social work, pathology, xray, diagnostic clinics, dentists, Hopetoun, Sinnamon Village, Montrose Hydro-therapy units, Corinda Community Health Centre, Carer and Social Support Groups, Canossa Hospital, within service area. Must register first on 3422 7999 then book by 12 noon the business day prior to travel on 136294 and ask for the Centenary And Oxley Reach Medical Run 1. This service does not cover transport from discharge or day surgery procedures. $4.00 each way for HACC eligible people. A carer and children under 5 travel at half fae when accompanying a full paying customer. Ne referral required.
