Provides information, referral & individual advocacy to ensure the rights of people with disabilities. Learning and Participation provides opportunity for growth and inclusion through community participation. Community education provides disability awareness training to the wider community. Multicultural Access & Equity worker ensure access to HACC services for people from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds and Community Access Support service provides support and case management for people with acquired brain injury CCDN facilitates the Central Coast's disability inter agency and provides newsletters for members. A Womens Friendship Group provides information to women with a disability through an informal but structured learning environment - Gosford group meets 2nd Friday of each month 10am to 12 noon at 29 Webb St East Gosford. Gorokan group meets 1st Tuesday of each month 10am to 12 noon at Louise House, 126 Dudley St, Gorokan
