Provides the following services:-n- Cerebral Palsy Support Network - provides information, support, education and referral for families of children, young people or adults with cerebral palsy and related disabilities. Community languages spoken include French, Greek and Italian.n- Brokerage Program - an individually tailored and flexible respite brokerage program where clients and/or families may select a carer for people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities.
