About Chesalon Care At Home - Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. Chesalon Care At Home provides 54 packages for the St George and Sutherland some being dementia specific.
