Volunteer visiting program providing companionship for people living in aged care facilities, who are lonely or socially isolated. Volunteers are matched with a resident and visit them on a regular basis. Aged care facilities included are: Weeroona Village Aged Care Hostel - Bass Hill, Bass Hill Aged Care Facility, Yagoona Nursing Home, Abel Tasman Village - Chester Hill, Beechwood Residential Aged Care Home - Revesby, Casa Mia Aged Care Home - Chester Hill, Ozanam - Revesby, Southhaven Retirement Village - Padstow, Southhave Nursing Home - Padstow, Yallambee Village - Revesby and others in the south west region
