CAPS is a supportive service for parents under stress. The centres offer warmth, understanding and support for as long as needed; There is a 24hr crisis line, as well as telephone and counselling support; referrals; visits by appointment only. The Centre aims to broaden the community through education about family stress and its effects on children.
