About City of Sydney - Community Living Social Policy & Community Support

To provide opportunities for members of the various CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities to contribute to the development of programs, services and policies that are responsive to their needs and contribute to the social planning and policy direction and decisions made by Council; to foster co-operative relationships and build partnerships between CALD communities and Council and the broader community;nto improve access to Council services and community services in general by CALD communities; to establish effective community development processes to assist CALD communities to identify unmet needs and to develop strategies to meet those needs.
