About Co.As.It Italian Respite Frail Aged Day Care

Day care program offering opportunities for participants to socialise with others who share similar interests, culture and language. Clients are assessed by a coordinator in conjunction with doctor's recommendation and a decision is made within 2 weeks. If eligible participants will be picked up from home and taken to the community centre via CO-AS-IT minibus, and will be returned home via the same means. Once at the centre, participants engage in culturally appropriable activities and are also provided with a hot meal/lunch.
