Home modifications and some maintenance (lawns and gardens) for frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers. Occupational therapist will be involved in the modification process. The major emphasis is on maintaining safety, preventing accidents and adaptation to changing circumstances. Clients pay for cost of materials and small hourly labour charge. Materials are at discount prices where possible.
