About Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) - Kingston

Referrals can be received from anyone, including the general public, but CDAMS need to work in with the client's GP for testing etc. There are no age restrictions. Eligibility is people with undiagnosed memory problems. CDAMS is purely a diagnostic clinic and do not provide comprehensive management services. Testing excludes other primary causes of memory loss e.g. depression. Catchment: Kingston, Bayside, Greater Dandenong, Casey, Cardinia and the southern part of Glen Eira. Referrals are through the Access and Intake Service Ph: 9265 1090, Fax: 9265 1297.
