Centre Based Services include Community Nurses who provide nursing care in the home, Palliative Care, and Child and Family Health Nurses. Outreach services from Griffith include: Aboriginal Helath Education, Diabetes Education, Drug and Alcohol Worker, Helath Promotion Officer, Healthy Communities Worker, Palliative Care, Sexual Assault Worker and Women's Health Clinics.
