RESPITE SERVICE: 24 hour respite service. Provides information/advice to carers about respite options, plus referral to services. Coordinates short term emergency or planned respite. Purchases respite when there is no alternative. Out of hours service ie. nights/weekends and phone for crisis situations.nINFORMATION SERVICE: Provides information to help link older people, people with disabilities and people who care for them with a wide range of community, aged care, and disability services. The range of services include Home assistance, transport, respite, support services and assessment services.
