Individualised package of care to assist eligible persons to remain in their own home. Assistance may include: housework, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, respite, transport and social support. Have general packages and also a number of specialised packages for Mental Health, Dept Housing & Ukrainian packages (which also cover the areas of Penrith, Auburn, Parramatta & Blacktown).
