Community Aged Care Services Dubbo has 25 Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs). Priority is given to people with Dementia. CACPs are planned and managed packages of community care services to help older people with complex care needs remain living in their own homes. nServices may include: case management, personal care, home help, preparation of meals, laundry, shopping, transport to appointments, basic dressings, emergency after hours assistance, respite care, basic home maintenance, and social support. Community Aged Care Services Dubbo is also a provider of Veterans' Home Care, which can include domestic assistance, personal care, respite and shopping.
