About Community Based Support (South) - Albuera Street Day Centre

A day centre providing activities to frail older people, and younger people with a disability. The programs provide companionship and activities, including arts, crafts, cooking, gardening and bus trips. A midday meal is provided, with drinks/snacks as required. Assistance with transport may be available to and from the centre.
