About Community Care Services - Central Coast Ltd - Community Visitors Scheme

Community Care Services provides Community Visitors to the following Aged Care facilities: Adelene Nursing Home and Hostel, Berkeley Vale Nursing Home, Glenmere Nursing Home, Peninsula Village (Hostel),Tarragal House, Veronica Nursing Home and Woy Woy Nursing Home and Hostel. The Community Visitors Scheme aims to provide support to residents of Commonwealth subsidised aged care home who are socially isolated, and whose quality of life would be improved by friendship and companionship. This friendship helps to connect the resident to the community and reduces their risk of isolation. The CVS is managed by Community Care Services Central Coast Inc which recruit, train and support volunteer visitors.
