About Community Connections

Community Connections offers support to older people, people with disabilities or any one requiring support in their home on a fee-for-service basis. A broad range of services are offered, including housekeeping, meal preparations, shopping, medication setup, personal care, monitoring/companionship, skills training, short and extended in-home respite care. Assistance can be short-term or long-term and is available seven days a week 24 hours a day.
