About Community Dementia Resource - Nareen Gardens

The Community Dementia Resource is an outreach service accessible to the general community (Wyong and Gosford shires). It is a free intervention program for people with dementia and their carers. It offers education, information and practical advice, counselling and support, forward planning and referral to services and advocacy. Staff will visit client's in their home or at one of Nareen Gardens Dementia Day Care Centres at Bateau Bay, Terrigal or Warnervale (listed separately)
