Aim is to improve the health of the people in the Maclean district by working with individuals, families, other service providers and the wider community. Appointments are necessary for most services in Community Health, made either by phone, or in person. Aboriginal Health, Palliative Care, Community Nursing, Mental Health ( thru a central number), Diabetes Education, Sexual Assault, Dental Service, Child and Family Health, Child Protection, Adolescent Mental Health(Thru a central number), Speech Pathology, Needle Exchange, Community Aged Care, Audiometry (Hearing Tests), Women's Health and Early Childhood Nursing. Cardiac Rehab group , Respiratory Liaison, Occupational Therapy. Basic foot care,ACAT assessment, transitional aged care & health promotion.
