Provide services to promote the health of the community. Provide community based Generalist nursing care which includes home based clinic care. Community Health is part of the Mental and General Well Being Care Centre at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus. Also provides Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Diabetes Education, Diabetes Dietician, Continence and Stomal Education, clinics, hospital and home based visits, Wound Clinic, Asthma Education, Heart Failure Liaison, Cardiac Liaison, Community Dietetics, Chronic Care Case Management.l
