About Community Nursing - Kincumber

The Community Nursing service is an outreach of Central Coast Health. Nurses are based in each of 6 Community Health Care Centres (listed separately) Nursing care is available at no cost to all residents in the Gosford and Wyong Shire. Nursing Care includes: Wound management, personal care, dressing, injections, advocacy and advice on health issues. Service is available 7 days per week between the hours of 8 am - 10.30 pm. Other services that are available under Community Nursing are Palliative Care, Continence Advisors, Dementia Care Team, Diabetes Educators, Stomaltherapists, and Respiratory programme (these are all listed separately)
