About Community Nursing - Long Jetty - Northern Sydney Central Coast Health

The Community Nursing service is an outreach of Central Coast Health. Nurses are based in each of 6 Community Health Care Centres (listed separately) Nursing care is available at no cost to all residents in the Gosford and Wyong Shire. Nursing Care includes: Wound management, personal care, dressing care, injections, advocacy and advice on health issues. Other services under Community Nursing are Palliative Care, Continence Advisors, Dementia Care Team, Diabetes Educators, Stomaltherapists, and Respiratory programme (these are all listed separately)
