Multi Service Outlet Provides - Community Transport, Neighbour Aid/ Social Support, Home Modifications & Maintenance, and Community Options. Yard maintenance will be serviced if safety of the resident is at risk. Services are provided to eligible persons whom are either frail aged or have a permanent disability and their carers, who need additional support to enable them to live comfortably in their own homes.
