CACPs are planned and co-ordinated packages of community care services designed to assist aged people with complex care needs remain in their own homes. They are designed for each individual and are based on their particular needs. Corumbene provides 7 Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible residents of the Derwent Valley.
