Craigcare St James and the complex consists of a nursing home and two independent living houses. The nursing home provides high level care to eighty five residents. The independent living houses cater for eight residents. The nursing home includes eleven single bedrooms, twenty-three double bedrooms and seven four-bed bedrooms. There are lounge areas attached to each of the six sections of the nursing home. Bathroom and toilet facilities are easily available in all areas. Craigcare St James is a secure nursing home .There are specially trained and skilled staff to meet the varying needs of residents. These include: Registered nurses. Psychiatric registered nurses.Allied health staff include: Physiotherapy. Occupational Therapy. Podiatry. nOther services as required e.g. speech therapy, aromatherapy. Medical care is provided by doctors of the residents' choosing. Extensive activities programme including: outings, concerts, and individual programmes
