About CRS Australia - Sutherland

CRS provides employment solutions for people with injuries or disabilities via a process called vocational rehabilitation. Vocational rehabilitation (occupational rehabilitation) enables a person with an injury, disability or health condition to get and keep suitable work. Provided eligibility criteria are met and following an initial assessment, a Case Manager establishes a Rehabilitation Plan to set the goal of a person's Rehabilitation Program. The Program may then include, for example, a Return to Work Program or Vocational Counselling. Other services offered by CRS include: back injury, communication, driving, independent living, literacy, neuropsychological, and physical assessments; general counselling; career counselling; assistance with issues pertaining to occupation health and safety; and physical conditioning programs. Fees: Vocational Rehabilitation is usually free for those who have an injury or disability and receive an income support benefit from Centrelink.
