About Cumberland Women's Health Centre Inc

Provides education, information, counselling, advocacy and referral on a range of women's health issues with the aim of improving the health of women in the Cumberland area. Activities include groups on stress management, yoga, assertiveness, self defence, sexuality and for women who are survivors of violence. Indigenous Women's health worker and Specialist Anti Violence Worker are available. Massage therapist and naturopath also available.
