Provides low rental, maintenance, community setting accomodation designed especially for Seniors. Rental rates are measured against a single aged pension (no additional rent charged for married couples). Residents may choose to opt for facilities food program. A linen package is also available. There is an onsite Manager and facilities are close to transport and shops.
