The Department of Child Protection's major focus is on meeting the needs of vulnerable children and families. It is responsible for protecting and caring for children, and supporting people at risk of crisis. She is also the coordinator for HAY- Health Agencies of Yilgarn which run the crisis relief and accommodation in the area.
