The Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care provides domestic assistance, personal care and in home respite to the frail aged, younger people with disabilities and their carers.nEligibility: Frail older people and younger people with disability in NSW and their carers who are having difficulty managing in their own homes are eligible for Home Care service. Being eligible does not mean however that service is automatically provided as there is a high level of demand.
