The Diabetes Education and Resource Service provides information and advice, and group and individual education. (Not a clinical practice). Referrals can be made to dietician and podiatrist if needed, and clients also have access to social workers and physiotherapists. All new referrals to go through the Central Intake Unit at Inala Community Health Centre on (07) 3275 5411.
