About Disability Day Service - Lower North Shore & Northern Beaches

A day service to provide individualised support to access local community activities. The service is designed for adults needing low to moderate support to access recreation, training and skill development or pre-employment options. We currently run several programs including Disability Day Service (adult recreation); Community Participation (groups) and; Transition to Work (2 year program for school leavers). Hours per week are dependent on the program. Priority for day service will be given to adults who have a long term disability, are being cared for by an ageing carer and who are not eligible for community participation or transition to work funding.
